Christina Fieber from A La Carte searching for dissenters

Christina Fieber, a journalist at the Austrian food and beverage magazine A La Carte  visiting Weingut Loacker and talking to Hayo Loacker:

“As a journalist I am interested in wines from organic-biodynamic viticulture since the beginning. I was always searching for the “dissenters”. The more I followed the topic wine, the more I got interested in the organic agriculture, what happens outside matters. Organic agriculture is so complex and exciting. Especially because the winemaker as a human being deals with nature again. I just believe that conventional agriculture uns in its limits.”


Herbert is chief editor at the Austrian Falstaff and is glad to see the constant growth of the organic movement in Austria.
