Brunello Fiore del Vento
The mineral one with salinity!
The Fior di Meliloto is known for its delicate and tender character, which it gets from its cool climate and the pure Galestro soil. To support this character, the influence of oak is used very delicately. Its naturally floral and fruity character is captivating with its great freshness on the finish.

cru name and its meaning:
The anemone (it. Fiore del Vento) feels and reacts to every little breeze, it is a very delicate & sensitive flower - just like the wine "Fiore del Vento".
vineyard its particularity:
The vineyard of our Cru “Fiore del Vento” has the most varied climate due to its double exposure. The vineyard consists of two slopes - one facing west, which is more closed and steeper, and one facing southwest, which is much more open and less disposed. Due to the completely different orientations of the slopes, the ripening time of the grapes is very variable and parts of the vineyard are the last to be harvested.
terroir and its influence:
Fiore del Vento grows on a very stony soil with a high share of limestone, which gives the wine its mineral and saline character. The vineyard receives the most sun in the afternoon hours and can hold little water, or only for a short time. As a result, the vines grow less vigorously and focus their “eyes” fully on the quality of the grapes.
