Hayo Loacker is the man behind the 7 Dynamic Crus although, truth be told, that is not what Hayo does every second of his day on the estate. But that is exactly what makes us Loackers stand out. After taking demanding measurements with sensitive infrared sensors across the entire Corte Pavone estate, Hayo set up a dynamic micro parcelling of the land, dividing it in different areas to define seven individual single vineyard of Brunello – the ‘7 DYNAMIC BRUNELLO CRUS’. The crus are dynamic because the final grape selection is optimised individually every year with new measurements taken within the individual area during the harvesting period.
