7 Dynamic Crus

Hayo Loacker is the man behind the 7 Dynamic Brunello Crus - his passion project. Truth be told, what Hayo is doing here at Corte Pavone is anything but ordinary. But that is exactly what makes us Loackers stand out.

With the help of highly sensitive infrared sensors that measure the chlorophyll level in the leaves and the thickness of the foliage, Hayo was able to divide the vineyards into different growth zones. Through further soil analysis and careful observation of the vines, Hayo identified 7 single vineyards - the 7 Dynamic Brunello Crus. The crus are dynamic because the finally defined micro-parcel, which actually is used for the Brunello Cru, is adjusted on the vintage-specific measurements.
